True Builders is looking for a skilled, dependable construction worker for residential home projects across Central Florida. The work is varied: kitchen cabinet installation, window fitting, drywall construction, flooring, painting, and roof repairs.
You will be part of a licensed, family-owned remodeling and repair team serving Lakeland, Plant City, Wesley Chapel, and nearby areas.
What you'll do
- Prepare the site daily with the right materials and tools
- Execute assigned tasks per the construction manager's instructions
- Consult with team leaders on construction plans
- Operate equipment following safety regulations
- Complete work efficiently and on schedule
- Clear debris and hazardous materials
- Maintain equipment and tool storage standards
What we're looking for
- Valid driver's license
- Three years of construction experience (preferred)
- Ability to physically stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 40 pounds
- Computer literacy
- Able to work independently and with a team
- Strong communication across management levels
