True Builders is hiring a drywall installer and finisher for residential repair and remodeling projects out of our Plant City office, serving Lakeland, Wesley Chapel, and nearby Central Florida areas.
Applicants should live in Plant City or a nearby community.
What you'll do
- Prepare construction sites with materials, tools, and equipment
- Complete assigned projects per the manager's instructions
- Consult with team leaders on construction plans
- Operate equipment while following safety regulations
- Clean and clear debris and hazardous materials
- Maintain proper equipment storage
What we're looking for
- Valid driver's license
- Three years of construction experience (preferred)
- Understanding of the construction and remodeling process
- Physical capability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Computer literacy
- Team collaboration and communication skills
