True Builders is looking for a full-time flooring installer for our rapidly growing repair and remodeling company.
Applicants must reside in Plant City or nearby communities including Lakeland, Brandon, Valrico, Winter Haven, or Auburndale.
What you'll do
- Prepare construction sites with materials, tools, and equipment daily
- Complete assigned projects per the manager's instructions
- Consult team leaders on construction plans
- Operate tools safely while following health and safety protocols
- Complete tasks efficiently and on schedule
- Clear debris and hazardous materials
- Maintain proper storage of equipment and tools
What we're looking for
- Valid driver's license
- Three years of construction experience (preferred)
- Physical capability to stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 40 pounds
- Computer literacy
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
