We are looking for experienced mitigation technicians who enjoy helping others, take pride in their work, and take ownership of their career.
What you'll do
- Water damage: extraction, drying, moisture readings, IR camera operation, content manipulation
- Fire damage: board-up, containment, soot and odor cleaning, pack-out
- Content handling and cleaning
- Inspect, evaluate, photograph or video record, and keep accurate, timely documentation on all jobs
What we're looking for
- Valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle record
- Pass a background check and drug screening
- Dependable transportation
- Strong communication skills (bilingual preferred)
- Minimum age 25
- Ability to work extended hours, nights, weekends, and an on-call rotation
- Able to safely lift 50+ pounds
- High school diploma or GED
- Repair or construction background, customer-service excellence, problem-solving, computer skills, and a desire to learn are all a plus
