[Music] i'm hutch cooper and i'm a plumber for true builders well i've been doing plumbing now for going on 28 years i've enjoyed being a plumber throughout the years and taking on different roles and being as versatile of a plumber as i can be from new construction to commercial to service all the way up to custom remodels that i currently am involved in now when we first get here the people are usually in distress they're they've had a major incident go on to where they they don't even know what they're gonna do by the time it's all said and done when i go in there and i see someone's vision someone's dream that was brought out of a disaster come to life and fruition and and how happy they are it really i get a real large sense of fulfillment out of that my commitment to the customer is that i'm going to do the best that i can do and i'm going to give you a hundred percent of my time and attention we're literally changing lives turning disaster into a nice beautiful new kitchen or bathroom i'm hutch cooper and i'm your plumber at true builders you

Where plumbing hides inside a remodel
Every kitchen and bathroom remodel is secretly a plumbing job wearing tile. The work happens in two passes: rough-in, while walls and floors are open, when drains and supply lines move to serve the new layout; and trim-out, at the end, when fixtures, faucets, and valves go in against the finished surfaces. The moments that matter: moving a sink or shower means re-sloping drains, not just extending pipe; open walls are the once-a-decade chance to replace aged valves and supply lines for the cost of parts; and pressure-testing before the walls close is what separates a dry remodel from a callback.
