more about what they specialize in our owners Issac Turpin and Mark Lee very good morning gentlemen so let's talk about this I love the backstory of you guys this started mark is actually childhood best friends essentially yeah we grew up together we're best friends dads are both ministers mm-hmm then teamed up from there start our own company and you're still best friends right that says a lot let's talk about this I mentioned that one of the fastest growing companies you guys were just recently awarded one of the the fastest and the what Inc 5000 actually brought us onto the list which is a huge honor we were we were excited about that fastest growing in Central Florida company so yeah congratulations we'll talk a little bit about what it is because the business as I think most do they evolved a little bit over the years as you see kind of what people need what the service is you realize hey we're kind of working together here one of the things that we like that we do is we take a disaster situation that most people aren't in that they're just doing a remodel only that's kind of planned out what we specialize in is the ones that you didn't plan when you come home in your house as flooded out or there's a hole in your roof or your house caught on fire and we take care of that it's kind of evolved to doing it from start to finish from taking it from the disaster it's cleaning it up tearing it out and putting it all back together and you really need people that are specialized in this and that that are just hiring subcontractors and saying oh yeah ok I think we can we can do that too right yes nice to have a company that's all in-house yeah every guy that comes out wearing the same shirt we're in the same hat just makes people feel comfortable that's just one company we here in the Bay Area we no storms unfortunately as well they can be a cause of maybe some of these intensional accidents that happen by the way this is your headquarters yes this is off I four right before you get to Lakeland area Plant City right off I four right there right after dinosaur world ok let's get back to storms though because again this is a big part of what you guys actually have experienced out of state as well because that's where the need is sometimes but talk about kind of what you're able to do in the middle of a disaster as you said actually some of the first work storm work we did was out of state we went to New York we had some families in church own property up there that got damaged and it's a long way to travel but nobody could get to him for months and so we we put together a team and when we've gone several places all over there about Harvey cuz you guys here in Texas we were in Texas currently when the storm hit here locally so we had to pick up our guys from that point and get them back as quick as possible because this is just some of the the homes and things that you guys oh man the people there have four foot of water in their homes so you know you see people cleaning up their baby books and pictures of p-n has that been in the family for you know a long time they were trying to restore them and clean them up it's really sad well and I we just saw a team photo there as well but people have to feel good and again from what I understand customer service and the ratings that you guys have I mean you're literally getting people's lives back together service is a big news for us that's I think that's what we pride ourself on if you go to Google type us in either true plumbers or true builders you'll see our ratings and we pride ourselves on that since we are locally owned and operated word-of-mouth is everything and how you treat your people that's says a lot about your business well and one of the reasons you guys are so successful as well as the tools that you guys are using kind of the latest technology we have to talk about this bad boy right here what on earth is this this is an infrared camera so if you have it let's say your roof leak during the storm and you got water coming in it doesn't necessarily mean that where the water is coming in is where the leak is so we use this camera right here so you would typically use this on the wall or trying to figure out where the hotspots are yeah sorry so it's reading temperature and we're trying to find moisture so if you know if your roof leaked and the leaks you know 20 foot down from where the water is coming in we can trace it all the way back and find out where it's actually there's actually something pretty unique that not all companies a lot of companies don't provide this but this is something that we pride ourselves because then we know what areas are affected and not affected yeah we used to stay our technology for everything that we do the one thing you want to do is fix a leak only fix it once and get it right well cuz mold we haven't even touched on this huge problem here in the Bay Area's climate it's hot so usually if you have a leak and that water sits underneath your floors and you don't get to it it'll grow mold timing is of the essence yes I know we have some other before-and-after pictures before we get ready to close here but what we want people to really know about true builders and what you guys were able to do here I think that we focus more on the customer because we know that in the long run that the results will be there so we focus more on the customer I know what their needs are staying good communication and they provide a service as fast as possible and we just want to tell everybody the storms are
