the quality of work with true builders is phenomenal [Music] what caused us to need true builder services was when we bought this house i absolutely hated the kitchen it almost kept us from buying we lived with it for three and a half years and decided enough is enough we had five different contractors give us estimates and we narrowed it down to two builders and another one in the end true builders was the better deal we had a massive renovation done we originally just wanted to redo the kitchen we ended up moving the kitchen where the kitchen is now used to be a living room then we also had tree builders put in a little outdoor kitchen with a sink and a refrigerator and everything out there for we heard about tree builders because we um we just did a google search home renovations near me we started out contractors near me and a lot of the contractors we called wouldn't touch it because there's so much new construction so then we started switching for home renovations home remodeling and that's how we found tree builders i would definitely recommend true builders josh darling did a really great job of coming up you know with what we were envisioning chris goad the plumber he's incredible he does he does great work dean and the cabinet guys kyle and cody they're they do excellent work the quality of work with true builders is phenomenal

Relocating a kitchen: why it costs more than refreshing one
Moving a kitchen means moving everything the kitchen is connected to. Water supply and drain lines have to be rerouted with correct slope, which in Florida slab homes can mean trenching the slab or routing overhead. Electrical needs new dedicated circuits where the appliances land. The range hood needs a new vent path to the exterior, and the old kitchen's openings get closed and refinished. It is entirely doable, as this project proves, but it is structural surgery, not decorating, and it is why a relocation quote is a different number than a replacement quote.
Outdoor kitchens in Florida: what survives out there
- Choose marine-grade polymer, stainless, or masonry cabinets; interior boxes rot in humidity
- Counters need UV-stable surfaces; some quartz yellows outdoors, granite and concrete hold up
- Plumbing and refrigeration need freeze-protected, code-compliant rough-ins even in Florida
- Put it under a roof or pergola; shade is the difference between a kitchen and a project
