A realistic bathroom remodel timeline

A full gut-and-rebuild bathroom typically runs a few weeks of on-site work: demo first, then plumbing and electrical rough-in, inspection, waterproofing, tile (the longest finish phase, because mortar and grout cure on their own schedule), then fixtures, glass, and paint. Custom glass often trails the rest by a week or two, because it is measured off the finished tile. The calendar killers are decisions made late: a tile change after rough-in ripples through everything. Choose finishes before demo and the schedule mostly keeps itself.
